Dual head Labtron stethoscope:

A nice small general purpose stethoscope that lets you do most common things. Nice aluminum dual-head. 1.75 inch diaphragm on one side, 1.15 inch on the other. Freely rotates around its tubing spigot to switch between one side or the other. Large diaphragm active one way, rotate it 180 degrees and use the small side. Available in a wide variety of colors: red, green, blue, black, gray, teal (a darker green with a little blue component) and pink.
