A few stainless steel Troemners that are "odd" or have flaws that do not allow us to call them "First Quality" so we offer them as 2nds. Depending on how "messed up" they are, the price we set for them won't be fixed. Please let us know in the comment field provided when at the end of checkout which end of the scale you'd want it to be on (low end may be an engraving gone bad, with part of someone else's name engraved on it followed by whatever error caused us to abandon that engraving, high end may be just plain weird somehow and not even necessarily flawed, or maybe some spots or other minor cosmetic flaws that occurred during casting or machining like a small air-bubble that got embedded into the surface when casting or an odd looking joint). We will adjust the price accordingly when we actually process it. Price range, 18-31 dollars. Set by default to 31 so that the price you see is an upper bound. This is because we can charge less than a credit card is authorized for, but not more. If you do not specify, we will assume the upper limit. We have a few of the extra long, extra heavy old troemners (something like 8 ounces instead of 7 and 2 inches longer) still in stock and we are calling them seconds. Ironically, it may be a more impressive instrument than the full price troemners we are selling. Though they are all chromed brass instead of steel, I think.
If you want troemners that don't have a dent or a scratch or aren't made of chromed brass or don't have a partial engraving, or something along that line that actually is a negative attribute but rather just non-standard troemners, click here.
