Yeah, we've been annoyed by websites that do that too. In addition to these quoted prices, insurance will be available for an additional charge. That charge varies depending on the shipping method used, but
if it goes by US mail to the US, it is $1.00 for each 100 dollars order value
plus $0.50, to outside the US, it is $1.85 for each 100 dollars order
value plus $0.50. You'll also be offered 'partially insured', which omits
insuring the last fraction of 100 dollars (so if the order total is 104
dollars, you don't have to spend a whole dollar insuring the last 4
dollars of the order).
