Your bankcard is not charged when you place your order except when there is a SPECIAL ORDER*.

We confirm the total with you by email and tell you when the order will be processed and shipped. Only when we are ready to ship (we aim for 24 hours but if a holiday, weekend or if our company closes for a few days for a death or flood  [yes we have had complaints despite our posting online that we were closed] we won't notify you within 24 hours) does your bankcard get charged.

If we are closed we post this information online on all major pages - HOME PAGE, CATALOG PAGE, INDEX PAGE and a few other pages - we are a small company and we keep our prices lower by keeping our employees happy. Sometimes this means we take a week off to allow everybody personal time. If this does not suit you please order at a different time or from a different seller.

*Special order is an item we do not ordinarily stock but which we order especially for you. We will charge your card at the time of the order and ship to you (usually within the week) ASAP.
